Prices exclude:
Airport transfer if less than 7 hunting days:€ 400,- • US$ 520 per car
For a stay of more than 7 hunting days - Airport transfer for free!
Hire of Weapons/cost of ammunition: € 20.-/US$ 25/day &
€ 2.-/US$ 2.50/shot
Packing and shipping of trophies
Alcoholic beverages
veterinary and export licenses
Transport to other areas on clients request
Personal items like staff tips, airfares, etc.

Deposit and payment conditions
A non-refundable Deposit of 25% of the daily fees is required to reserve a Safari. The balance of the daily fees is payable 60 days before commencement of the Safari. The trophy fees and extras are payable on completion of Safari before departure. In the case of a bank draft we will supply banking details on request. No credit cards or personal cheques can be accepted.

Liability
Our clients are covered by our legally required insurance policies and we will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety, well-being and satisfaction of our hunting clients. We however do not except responsibility in the event where accidents, illness, damage to equipment, delays or theft may occur either before, during or after the Safari. We strongly recommend that all our clients take appropriate insurance cover against any possible claim that might arise on this Safari.
